Die Volksinitiative ‘Schweizer Recht statt fremde Richter (Selbstbestimmungsinitiative)’, die am 25 November an die Urne kommt, ist in gewissem Sinne die Quintessenz aller Vorgänger-Initiativen der SVP. Ironischerweise hat sie aber herbeigeführt, was sie zu überwinden vorgibt – einen Sinneswandel des Bundesrates. Das Institut der Volksinitiative hat einen fundamentalen Bedeutungswandel erfahren.
