They are the first series of two legislative packages the Commission has presented in 2016 to tackle the current “refugee crisis”. Am 10. Mai 2016 eröffnete das Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM) zum ersten Mal ein Verfahren betreffend Entzug des Schweizer Bürgerrechts. Der betroffene Mann ist ein schweizerisch-italienischer Doppelbürger, der in der Schweiz aufgewachsen ist und sich 2015 dem «Islamischen Staat» in Syrien angeschlossen haben soll. Wo sich der junge Mann zurzeit aufhält ist unbekannt. Laut Schweizer Medien gilt er derzeit als verschollen und es wird vermutet, dass er nicht mehr lebt.

And yet, at least in this case, Shakespeare would be very wrong. In this case it is the way people are named that creates the way people are – or at least the way they are perceived – and it can have very long lasting and relevant effects on their lives and on their futures.
