Parents’ Support

The nccr- on the move strives to offer working conditions conducive to the conciliation of working life and private life and to combat stereotypes associated with parenthood. The nccr – on the move working conditions allow male (and female) researchers to attend to their caring duties and facilitate the reintegration of excellent female (and male) researchers in a working environment after a family break.

  • The Network Office encourages and supports doctoral students and PostDocs with children to apply to the SNSF Flexibility Grant.
  • The 10%-15% Childcare Support Grant is an internal instrument to support those doctoral students and PostDocs who are not entitled to an SNSF Flexibility Grant.
