Committees

The committees elaborate strategies and operative mechanisms for the main functions of the NCCR: scientific, education and equal opportunities, communication and knowledge transfer. The members of the Network Office act as the Committee Coordinators.

Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee has the responsibility for and takes the strategic decisions related to the overall scientific development of the NCCR and various related activities.

Education and Equal Opportunities Committee

The Education and Equal Opportunities Committee oversees the implementation of the NCCR strategies for the training and education of researchers in their early career stages and for fostering equal opportunities for Fellows and provides inputs on the development of these strategies.

Communication and Knowledge Transfer Committee

The Knowledge Transfer and Communication Committee provides input on how to further develop the respective NCCR strategies and products and on how to transfer NCCR key communication and knowledge transfer tools to another sponsorship after the NCCR’s termination.
