Professor of Diversity and Social Participation

Project Leader

Eva Mey is professor of diversity and social participation at the ZHAW – School of Social Work. She has longstanding experience in researching the life situation of poverty-stricken, socially disadvantaged, or socially excluded target groups. In recent years, her research has increasingly focused on the impact of specific (migration and social) policy settings on the life situation of the addressees. Eva Mey’s work is situated both in basic research and in application-oriented research; participatory forms and collaborative processes of knowledge generation as well as processes of integrating findings into policy and practice are well familiar to her.
